Terms of Service

AI Song Gifts lets customers submit a gift brief, photo or prompt, recipient details, and delivery contact information so we can create a personalized AI song gift and private gift page for supported occasions.

Prices must be shown before checkout. The Single Song option is a one-time purchase. Plus Monthly and Creator Yearly are recurring plans for song credits. After a paid song order or credit use is received, we generate and prepare the digital gift. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because AI generation, review, email delivery, and provider availability can affect timing.

Monthly and yearly plans renew through Creem until cancelled. Customers can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing portal linked from My Songs, or by contacting support with the checkout email and receipt details. Cancellation stops future renewal. Previously paid subscription fees are not refunded, including the current billing period, and songs already generated with plan credits remain non-refundable.

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, names, memories, wishes, and other materials you provide. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit them and to use them in a personalized gift.

AI-generated lyrics and music can vary in quality, style, timing, pronunciation, and accuracy. We currently use MiniMax Music, with the MiniMax music-2.6 model by default, to generate song audio from the customer's song brief and lyric direction. Once a paid song is successfully generated and made available, subjective dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund. We may retry technical failures, reject unsuitable content, pause generation, or manually review orders to protect service quality and provider limits.

You may not use AI Song Gifts to create or request NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, deceptive, infringing, deepfake, impersonation, face-manipulation, or harmful content. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that violate these rules.

AI Song Gifts is an independent product. MiniMax Music and any other third-party AI providers or model names we mention are integrations or service providers only. They do not sponsor, endorse, or operate AI Song Gifts.

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. If generation fails for technical reasons, we may retry, return a credit, manually review, or deliver a corrected gift. Refunds are reserved for exceptional payment or delivery cases described in the Refund Policy. Support is available at support@aisonggifts.com.

We may update the service, supported occasions, pricing, providers, templates, delivery methods, or these terms over time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
