Do I pay before hearing anything?

No. You answer a few questions, review the lyrics, and hear a free preview before checkout. You only pay if the song feels worth unlocking.

Is the preview from the same song?

Yes. The preview is clipped from the same full song that unlocks after checkout. It is not a separate demo track.

Can I edit before music generation?

Yes. The flow asks you to review the lyrics first, so you can adjust the words before we spend a music generation attempt.

After payment

What does payment unlock?

Payment unlocks the full personalized song, the private gift page, a shareable link, and MP3 download for the gift creator.

Is this a subscription?

The Single Song option is a one-time purchase. Plus Monthly and Creator Yearly are recurring plans for song credits and can be managed from My Songs after checkout.

Who processes checkout?

Checkout is processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable taxes for paid orders.

How do I cancel a monthly or yearly plan?

Sign in with the checkout email, open My Songs, and use Manage billing. Creem provides the billing portal for subscription management and cancellation.

Sharing and privacy

Can I share the song as a gift page?

Yes. Paid gifts include a private gift page you can send to the recipient. The page is designed for opening, playing, and replaying the song.

Will the recipient see the download button?

No. MP3 download is shown to the gift creator after payment. A recipient who opens the private link can listen without seeing creator-only tools.

How do I find my songs later?

Sign in with the same email used during checkout. My Songs shows your previews, unlocked gift pages, downloads, and orders that need support.

What if generation fails?

Paid gifts include technical retry or support if generation fails. We keep enough gift context to investigate without asking you to start over.

Can I get help with an order?

Yes. Use the support link from My Songs, the gift page, or the feedback page. Include the delivery email or gift link so we can find it quickly.

Can I request a refund?

Refund handling follows the refund policy and payment processor flow. Visit the refund policy page for the current terms.
