AI Song Gifts is currently in early-access MVP. Automatic card payments are not connected yet, and paid orders may be handled manually until the payment processor is approved.
Before automatic payments launch
The app does not currently collect card details or automatically charge customers. If a manual payment is arranged outside the app, refund handling should be confirmed directly with the project owner or support contact used for that transaction.
Generation and delivery issues
Technical failures, missing audio assets, or failed delivery attempts should be retried or manually reviewed. User-requested changes to the brief, style, recipient details, or another creative version may require an extra regeneration fee after paid launch.

Before broad paid launch, this page should be reviewed and expanded with refund windows, support contact details, chargeback handling, failed-generation rules, and delivery issue procedures.
